If you're not happy within 14 days of paying your setup fee, let us know and we'll refund that fee in full. No long forms, no hassle.

What's covered

The guarantee covers the one-off setup fee. Monthly retainer fees already incurred for hosting and maintenance are non-refundable, but you can cancel the retainer at any time to stop future charges.

How to request a refund

Email hello@happypixels.com within the 14-day window with your business name. We'll process eligible refunds to your original payment method within 10 business days.

After 14 days

Beyond the guarantee window, the setup fee is non-refundable, but you keep everything delivered and can cancel the retainer any time.
