Our services

We design, build, and maintain marketing websites under the plan you select. The scope of each plan is described on our services and pricing pages.

Payments

Setup fees and monthly retainers are billed as described at checkout. Retainers are month-to-month and may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and the content (text, images) needed to build your site, and to hold the rights to any materials you supply.

Intellectual property

On full payment of the setup fee, you own the content and final site. We retain rights to our underlying templates, tooling, and know-how.

Limitation of liability

Our services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the preceding three months.
